Getting started

Apply to interview on Grohire Join the Grohire interviewer panel, either with a new interviewer account or from your existing job seeker account, and see how approval works.
Your first week as an interviewer The few things to set up after approval so that interview offers start reaching you.

Your profile, conflicts of interest and weekly limit What the Profile & verification page holds: your status and tier, companies you will not interview for, your weekly limit and what candidates see about you.
The senior tier and confirming your work email How the senior tier is earned by rule, with a confirmed work email or a Grohire track record, and what it lets you do.
Your public profile and certificate Turn on an optional public page you can share, and get a certificate once you have run enough interviews.

Set your weekly hours Add the weekly blocks when you can interview. Offers only come inside these hours.
Time off, pausing and quiet hours Block out a holiday, pause new offers, and choose when offer messages may reach you.
Add your interviews to Google Calendar or Outlook Subscribe to a private calendar link that keeps your Grohire interviews in your own calendar.
How offers work: accepting, rounds and auto-accept Offers go to a few interviewers at once and the first to accept gets the interview. Learn how rounds, ranking and auto-accept work.
Expert bookings in your own calendar Senior interviewers can be booked directly by candidates for expert interviews, inside their own hours, with no offer to accept.

Confirm you will be there About a day before each interview we ask you to confirm. One click tells the candidate they can count on you.
Hand an interview to a colleague Ask a fellow Grohire interviewer to take over an interview you cannot do. No strike once they accept.
Give an interview back Release an interview you cannot do so it is offered to others straight away. Early enough, it carries no strike.

Join the interview room Interviews run by video inside Grohire. How to test your camera, join on time and use the controls.
Check the candidate's ID during the call Use the in-call checklist to confirm the person on camera is the candidate who booked. A mismatch keeps the interview out of the GH Score.
Interview recordings and consent Interviews are recorded only when the candidate agrees. How recording works, who can watch, and what you need to do.
Use the shared code editor Set a coding problem, watch the candidate type live, compare with the model answer only you can see, and record how the coding went.
End the interview, or report a no-show How to end the call so the report opens, what to do if the call dropped, and how no-shows are settled from the room record.

File the GH Score report Write the feedback the candidate receives. It feeds their GH Score, and submitting it releases your payout.
Report deadlines and asking for more time Each report must be filed by a deadline or the payout is forfeited. Once a month you can ask for an extra day.
Correct a report you filed Fix a wrong click or a typo in a filed report within a short window. The candidate sees the corrected version.
When a candidate reports a problem If a candidate disputes an interview or report, the payout is held while our team reviews it. Add your side from the interview page.

Calibration and second opinions New interviewers score recorded reference interviews so a 7 from them means a 7 from anyone. Calibrated interviewers may be asked for second opinions.
Strikes and appeals What earns a strike, what happens after three, and how to appeal a strike you think is wrong.

How your earnings and weekly payouts work When an interview fee is held, owed and paid, how the weekly payout run works, and how to ask for a small balance early.
Add your payout details (bank or UPI) Tell us where to send your payouts, by bank transfer or UPI, and add your PAN. Payouts cannot go out until these are complete.
TDS and your earnings statements How TDS is deducted from your payouts, and how to download earnings and TDS statements for a year or a quarter.

Delete your interviewer account Schedule your account for deletion. You can change your mind until the date it is deleted.
