Your first week as an interviewer
The few things to set up after approval so that interview offers start reaching you.
Once you are approved, a few minutes of setup decides how quickly offers start reaching you. Do these in order.
Steps
- Open Availability and add your weekly hours. Until you add at least one block, you are not offered any interviews. See Set your weekly hours.
- If your Today page shows Calibration needed before your first interview, click Start calibration and score the reference interviews.
- Open Profile & verification and fill in How we pay you and your PAN. Earnings build up without them, but they cannot be paid out.
- On the same page, write a short About you and add companies you should not interview for.
- If you have the years for the senior tier, confirm your work email there too.
- Optional: copy your private calendar link from Availability into Google Calendar or Outlook.
What happens next
- Offers appear on Today and reach you by in-app message, email and WhatsApp.
- Your first few interviews are offered one at a time: you get a new booking once the one you hold is done.
- Before you accept your first offer, you may be asked to read and accept the interviewer terms. A PDF copy of what you accepted is kept on your Profile & verification page.
