Everything a placement cell needs, most of it free
A free placement cell
Upload your roster, track drives with any company — even ones not on Grohire — and run basic reports. Free forever, no trial clock.
Strength analytics that companies read
Readiness heatmaps by branch, a strengths deck you send to recruiters, and cohort reports in the formats NAAC and NBA ask for.
Interview packs that build ratings
30-minute 1-on-1 rounds with individual scorecards, scheduled in your date windows — and every round feeds the student’s own rating.
How a drive runs
Onboard and upload your roster
Students match to their accounts automatically as they sign up.
Invite companies with a strengths deck
Aggregate, suppression-safe analytics — no student named below the threshold.
Run interview rounds in your windows
Capacity-checked against interviewer supply before dates are confirmed.
Report on outcomes
Per-student scorecards, cohort analytics, XLSX and a branded PDF.
Sixty days, or one whole drive — whichever ends later
The Campus Package trial is generous on purpose: if your drive is still running when the 60 days are up, the trial runs on until the drive finishes. We do not cut you off mid-placement.

Questions placement cells ask
Everything you need to know about our rating system, human evaluations, verified employers, and privacy guarantees.
Our dedicated team is ready to answer any queries about ratings, job listings, or placement drives.
Is the placement cell really free?
Yes — roster, drive tracking and basic reports are free forever. The Campus Package (analytics, company invites, NAAC/NBA reports) is what the annual fee covers, after the trial.
What happens to student data and ratings?
Students keep their own accounts and ratings after graduation. Decks and reports to companies are aggregate and suppression-safe — no individual is named below the cohort threshold.
How do we start?
Colleges are onboarded by our team against your AISHE code and a signed MoU. Leave a number and we will call within one working day.
