Correct a report you filed
Fix a wrong click or a typo in a filed report within a short window. The candidate sees the corrected version.
If you spot a wrong click or a typo after submitting, you can correct the report for a short time, usually 24 hours after you filed it.
Steps
- Open the interview from Today (under Recent sessions) or from Earnings.
- Below The report you submitted, open Correct this report. It shows the time until which you can correct.
- Change what needs fixing: the identity check, criterion scores and notes, overall score, recommendation, or the written sections.
- Click Save the correction and confirm.
What happens next
- The candidate sees the corrected report.
- Their GH Score is recalculated.
- The change is recorded, including what it was before.
- Your payout is not affected.
Good to know
- The coding section stays as you first filed it.
- If you change the identity check to ID did not match, the interview is taken out of the GH Score and our team reviews it.
- Corrections are not possible while the interview is under review.
- After the window closes, write to Support if something in the report is wrong.
