Hand an interview to a colleague
Ask a fellow Grohire interviewer to take over an interview you cannot do. No strike once they accept.
If you cannot make an interview, you can ask a fellow Grohire interviewer you know to take it over. It stays yours until they accept, and there is no strike when they do.
Steps
- Open the interview from Today.
- Open Can't make it?.
- Enter Their Grohire sign-in email.
- Add A note for them (optional).
- Click Ask them.
Your colleague sees the request at the top of their Today page under A colleague asked you to take over, and clicks Take it or Decline. You are told either way.
Changed your mind?
On the interview page, click Withdraw the request. The interview stays yours.
Rules
- The interview must start more than an hour from now.
- Expert interviews cannot be handed on, because the candidate chose you. Give those back instead.
- Your colleague must be free at that time and allowed to take it. If not, you are asked to choose someone else.
- You can ask one colleague at a time. A request stays open for up to 12 hours, and closes an hour before the start.
- Your colleague takes it at the same fee.
