Your profile, conflicts of interest and weekly limit

What the Profile & verification page holds: your status and tier, companies you will not interview for, your weekly limit and what candidates see about you.

The Profile & verification page shows your verification status and tier, and holds the details that decide which interviews reach you and what candidates see about you.

Your status and tier

At the top of the page you see your role, your company, your years of experience, a Verified badge (or Verification pending, Suspended or Not verified), and your tier: regular or senior.

Conflicts of interest

You are never offered an interview ordered by your own employer, or a candidate who works where you do. Employers who use Grohire are never shown your name or where you work.

  1. Open Profile & verification.
  2. In Other companies I should not interview for, add clients, competitors or former employers.
  3. Click Save details.

Limit your interviews per week

Interviewing around a full-time job? In Most interviews I can take in a week, choose a limit from the list, or No limit. You are not offered more than that.

What candidates see

  1. Write a few plain sentences in About you: what you interview for and what you look for.
  2. Add your LinkedIn link if you like.
  3. Tick Show candidates where I work only if you want your company shown. It is off by default, and candidates then see your name, role and experience only.
  4. Click Save details.

Good to know

  • Tick the box confirming that your employer's policy allows paid interviewing work. Once confirmed, it shows the date.
  • Your company and role come from your application. To change them, write to Support.
  • Payment details are on the same page. See Add your payout details.
