When a candidate reports a problem
If a candidate disputes an interview or report, the payout is held while our team reviews it. Add your side from the interview page.
A candidate can tell us that something went wrong, for example that the report does not match the interview. While our team reviews it, the interview shows as Under review and its payout waits.
You will be told
You get an in-app message and an email. On Earnings, the amount appears as on hold while our team reviews a complaint.
Add your side
- Open the interview page.
- In the Under review card, write what happened in the interview, from your side.
- Click Send to the team.
You can send more later if you remember something. The card shows when you last sent your side. If you have not filed the report yet, file it as well.
What the team decides
Our team looks at the report, your side, the candidate's side and the room record, including the recording if there is one. They decide whether the payout is released and whether the report keeps counting towards the GH Score. You are told the outcome.
Good to know
- Until the team decides, the report keeps counting.
- Keep to the facts and be specific. Times, questions asked and what the candidate said help most.
- You cannot correct the report while the interview is under review.
