How your earnings and weekly payouts work

When an interview fee is held, owed and paid, how the weekly payout run works, and how to ask for a small balance early.

You earn the fee shown on the offer for each interview you complete and report on. Payouts go out weekly to your bank account or UPI ID.

Held, owed and paid

  • Upcoming: interviews you have booked.
  • Held: interviews done but with no report yet. Submitting the report releases the money.
  • Owed to you: released and waiting for the next payout.
  • Paid to date: what has reached you.

You see these on Today and on the Earnings page.

The weekly run

Payout runs are drafted every Monday morning. Our finance team checks them and pays in the next few working days. The Your next payout card shows how much goes in the next run and when.

Pay a small balance now

Small balances, below the weekly minimum shown on the page, carry forward instead of being paid in pieces. If you are leaving or need it sooner:

  1. Open Earnings.
  2. On the Payouts card, click Pay my ... now.
  3. Confirm.

It goes out with the next payment run.

See each payment

The Payouts table lists every weekly payment: what you earned, the TDS deducted, what was paid to you, and the bank reference (UTR) to find it in your account. Session history lists every interview with its report and payout status.

Good to know

  • Your fee is fixed when you accept. A later price change never alters it.
  • If a candidate does not join, you are still paid. If you do not join, or file the report after the deadline, the fee is forfeited.
  • If a payment shows Bank returned it, check your payout details. See Add your payout details.
