# 3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information about yourself when creating an account.

By using Grohire, you represent that:

# 5. Account Registration

Certain Grohire services require registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain updated information.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Not share your account with unauthorised persons.
  • Immediately notify Grohire of suspected unauthorised access.
  • Take reasonable steps to protect your account.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless caused by Grohire's failure to maintain appropriate security.


# 6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must:

  • Provide accurate education and employment information.
  • Upload genuine resumes and documents.
  • Provide truthful information about skills and experience.
  • Complete assessments independently unless explicitly permitted otherwise.
  • Attend scheduled interviews.
  • Treat employers and interviewers professionally.
  • Not manipulate assessment results.
  • Not submit another person's work as their own.
  • Not create duplicate or fraudulent profiles for the purpose of manipulating the Platform.

Grohire may suspend or remove profiles containing materially false or fraudulent information.


# 7. Employer Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters must:

  • Provide accurate company information.
  • Publish genuine employment opportunities.
  • Provide accurate job descriptions.
  • Clearly communicate material job requirements.
  • Not misrepresent salary, benefits, role, location or employment conditions.
  • Not collect candidate information for unrelated purposes.
  • Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment-related purposes.
  • Respect applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Not misuse Grohire's candidate database.
  • Not sell or redistribute candidate information obtained through Grohire.
  • Not contact candidates in an abusive, deceptive or harassing manner.

Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions and employment practices.


# 8. Job Listings

Grohire may allow employers and recruiters to publish job listings.

Grohire may review, moderate, reject, modify, suspend or remove job listings that:

  • Are misleading.
  • Are fraudulent.
  • Violate applicable law.
  • Contain prohibited content.
  • Misrepresent the employer.
  • Contain materially inaccurate employment information.
  • Attempt to collect sensitive information improperly.
  • Are reported by users or otherwise identified as potentially abusive.

Publication of a job listing does not necessarily mean that Grohire guarantees the employer, position, salary, working conditions or authenticity of every statement contained in the listing.

Where Grohire offers employer verification, “verified” status means only that the employer satisfied Grohire's stated verification process; it does not constitute a guarantee of the employer's future conduct.


# 9. Candidate Applications

When a candidate applies for a job, relevant profile and application information may be provided to the employer or recruiter associated with that opportunity.

Candidates understand that employers may:

  • Review applications.
  • Conduct interviews.
  • Contact candidates.
  • Request additional information.
  • Conduct lawful background checks.
  • Make hiring decisions.

Grohire does not guarantee that an application will result in an interview, offer or employment.


# 10. Skill Assessments

Grohire may provide assessments designed to evaluate skills, knowledge, aptitude, communication or other job-related attributes.

Candidates agree to:

  • Complete assessments honestly.
  • Follow assessment instructions.
  • Not use unauthorised assistance.
  • Not share assessment questions or answers.
  • Not allow another person to complete an assessment on their behalf.

Grohire may invalidate an assessment where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, impersonation, cheating or other prohibited conduct.


# 11. Grohire Rating

Grohire may generate a structured candidate rating based on factors such as:

  • Skill assessments.
  • Interview performance.
  • Professional evaluations.
  • Experience.
  • Qualifications.
  • Other relevant platform information.

The Grohire Rating is intended to provide an additional recruitment signal.

It is not a guarantee of employment, job performance, salary or hiring success.

Employers remain responsible for independently evaluating candidates and making their own hiring decisions.

Grohire may change the rating methodology from time to time to improve the service.


# 12. Human Interviews and Professional Evaluations

Grohire may connect candidates with professional interviewers or evaluators.

Professional interviewers are responsible for conducting interviews professionally and providing feedback according to the applicable Grohire evaluation framework.

Grohire may:

  • Monitor interviewer quality.
  • Review interview feedback.
  • Collect interviewer ratings.
  • Remove interviewers who violate Platform rules.
  • Investigate complaints concerning interview quality or conduct.

Grohire does not guarantee that an interviewer will provide a particular rating or outcome.


# 13. Interview Recordings

Certain interview services may involve audio, video, transcripts or other records.

Where applicable, Grohire will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent or other lawful authorisation as required.

Recorded material may be used for:

  • Candidate evaluation.
  • Feedback.
  • Quality control.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Recruitment.
  • Platform administration.
  • Other purposes disclosed to the user and permitted by law.

# 14. Professional Interviewer Terms

Professionals providing interviews through Grohire must:

  • Not discriminate unlawfully.
  • Not solicit candidates outside authorised Grohire processes for unrelated purposes.

Grohire may suspend or terminate interviewer accounts for violations.


# 15. College and Institutional Services

Colleges may use Grohire for:

  • Employer engagement.
  • Campus recruitment.

The college or institution remains responsible for information it provides to Grohire and for obtaining any permissions or notices required from students under applicable law and its relationship with students.

# 16. Employer and Candidate Communications

Grohire may provide communication tools allowing candidates, employers, recruiters and professionals to communicate.

Users must not use these tools for:

  • Spam.
  • Harassment.
  • Fraud.
  • Unauthorised marketing.
  • Phishing.
  • Malware.
  • Threats.
  • Discriminatory abuse.
  • Unrelated commercial solicitation.

Grohire may restrict or suspend communication functionality where misuse is detected.


# 17. Fees and Payments

Certain Grohire services may require payment.

Paid services may include:

  • Employer subscriptions.
  • Employer credits.

  • Credits cannot be transferred or sold unless Grohire expressly permits it.
  • Fraudulent or abusive use may result in cancellation of credits.

Where Grohire facilitates payments to professional interviewers:

# 21. Refunds and Cancellations

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific refund term displayed at the time of purchase, the specific service term may apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.


# 22. No Employment Guarantee

Grohire is a recruitment technology platform.

Grohire does not guarantee:

  • Employment.
  • Job offers.
  • Interview selection.
  • Candidate selection.
  • Salary.
  • Promotion.
  • Employer response.
  • Successful recruitment.
  • A particular Grohire Rating.
  • Any particular career outcome.

Hiring decisions are made by employers.

Candidates are responsible for evaluating employment opportunities before accepting them.


# 23. No Guarantee of Information Accuracy

Grohire may receive information from candidates, employers, recruiters, colleges and other users.

Grohire does not guarantee that every user-provided statement is complete, accurate or current.

Users should independently verify material information before relying on it.


# 24. User Content

Users may upload or submit:

  • Resumes.
  • Photographs.
  • Profiles.
  • Job descriptions.
  • Assessment responses.
  • Portfolio materials.
  • Interview feedback.
  • Messages.
  • Other content.

Users retain ownership of their content, subject to the rights granted to Grohire under these Terms.


# 25. Licence to Grohire

By submitting content to Grohire, you grant Grohire a non-exclusive, limited, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the service.
  • Display your profile.
  • Process job applications.
  • Conduct assessments.
  • Conduct interviews.
  • Provide recruitment services.
  • Improve platform functionality.
  • Maintain security.
  • Comply with law.

Grohire will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.


# 26. Intellectual Property

The Grohire platform and its original content, including:

  • Brand name.
  • Logo.
  • Website design.
  • Software.
  • Interface.
  • Assessment framework.
  • Grohire Rating methodology.
  • Text.
  • Graphics.
  • Documentation.
  • Platform features.

may be owned by or licensed to Grohire and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not:

  • Copy.
  • Reproduce.
  • Modify.
  • Reverse engineer.
  • Scrape.
  • Resell.
  • Redistribute.
  • Create derivative works from.
  • Commercially exploit

Grohire's intellectual property.


# 27. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Cheat in assessments.
  • Attempt to access another user's account.

  • Use bots or automated systems without permission.
  • Post fraudulent jobs.

  • Use Grohire for unlawful discrimination.
  • Use Grohire for illegal activities.
  • Abuse payment systems.
  • Circumvent fees or credits.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Grohire.

# 28. Candidate Data and Privacy

Grohire's collection and processing of personal data is governed by the Grohire Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.

Where candidate information is shared with an employer, recruiter, interviewer or institution, that recipient may have independent responsibilities regarding its subsequent processing.


# 29. Platform Moderation

Grohire may monitor, review or moderate content and activity on the Platform to:

  • Maintain security.
  • Prevent fraud.
  • Enforce these Terms.
  • Protect users.
  • Investigate complaints.
  • Maintain service quality.
  • Comply with applicable law.

Grohire is not required to monitor every item of user content.


# 30. Account Suspension and Termination

Grohire may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where:

  • Fraud is suspected.
  • The user provides materially false information.
  • The account presents a security risk.
  • The user abuses another user.
  • The user misuses candidate or employer information.
  • Payment fraud is detected.

Where appropriate, Grohire may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.


# 31. Effect of Termination

After account termination:

  • Access to the account may be disabled.
  • Certain profile information may no longer be visible.
  • Unused services or credits may be treated according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
  • Grohire may retain information where necessary for legal, security, accounting or legitimate operational purposes.

Termination does not automatically erase information that Grohire is legally required or permitted to retain.

# 34. Platform Availability

Grohire aims to maintain reliable Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be:

  • Available.
  • Uninterrupted.
  • Error-free.
  • Secure from every possible threat.
  • Free from bugs.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance.

  • A guarantee of employment.
  • A guarantee of future performance.

Employers remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.


# 36. Disclaimer Regarding Employers

Unless expressly stated, Grohire does not employ the employers listed on the Platform.

Grohire does not guarantee that:

  • An employer is financially stable.
  • A job will remain available.
  • A salary will be paid as stated.
  • An employer will respond.
  • A workplace will meet a particular standard.
  • Employment conditions will remain unchanged.

Candidates should conduct appropriate due diligence.


# 37. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grohire will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform.

This may include losses relating to:

  • Lost employment opportunities.
  • Lost income.
  • Lost business.
  • Employer decisions.
  • Candidate decisions.
  • User-generated content.
  • Third-party conduct.
  • Platform interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.


# 38. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold Grohire and its officers, employees, contractors and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:
