File the GH Score report
Write the feedback the candidate receives. It feeds their GH Score, and submitting it releases your payout.
The GH Score report is the feedback the candidate receives, and it feeds their GH Score. Submitting it releases your payout, so file it while the interview is fresh.
Steps
- End the interview. The report opens on the interview page. You can also click Submit the report under GH Score reports to submit on Today.
- Under Identity check, choose Yes, it matched, No ID shown or It did not match.
- Score each criterion from 1 to 5. Add a short note where it helps.
- If you used the code editor, fill in the Coding section.
- Enter Overall, out of 10.
- Choose a Recommendation: Strong yes — ready now, Yes — would pass a real round, Borderline — close, with work or Not yet.
- Write What went well and What to work on, a few specific sentences each.
- Use Anything for our team only for conduct concerns or anything that looks dishonest. The candidate never sees it.
- Tick What you could confirm (optional) only for documents you actually saw.
- Click Submit report and release my payout.
Your draft is kept
What you type is saved as a draft as you go. If you close the page, or switch between the website and the app, it is filled back in.
Writing a useful report
- Be specific. "Good communication" helps nobody; say what they did.
- "What to work on" is the most useful part for the candidate.
- Score only what you saw today.
Good to know
- For an interview ordered by a hiring company, the private box is called Private note for the hiring company. The company and our team see it; the candidate does not.
- There is a deadline for filing. See Report deadlines and asking for more time.
- Made a mistake? See Correct a report you filed.
