Confirm you will be there
About a day before each interview we ask you to confirm. One click tells the candidate they can count on you.
About a day before each interview (usually 24 hours), we ask you to confirm you will be there. It takes one click.
Steps
- Open Today. Interviews waiting for you show a Please confirm badge.
- Click Open on that interview.
- Click Yes, I will be there.
You see "Thank you, confirmed." and the badge goes away.
If you cannot make it
Do not leave the request unanswered. On the same page, open Can't make it? and either hand the interview to a colleague or give it back. See Hand an interview to a colleague and Give an interview back.
Good to know
- The request arrives as an in-app message, so check Today the day before.
- If an interview is still unconfirmed close to its start, our team is alerted and may contact you.
- You get a reminder by in-app message, email and WhatsApp 30 minutes before the start.
