Expert bookings in your own calendar
Senior interviewers can be booked directly by candidates for expert interviews, inside their own hours, with no offer to accept.
As a senior interviewer, candidates can book an expert interview with you directly. They choose you, and they can only pick from your own hours.
How it works
- The booking page shows the candidate only your free times, worked out from your weekly hours, time off and existing bookings.
- Once the candidate pays, the interview is confirmed with you straight away. There is no offer to accept.
- You are told at once, and it appears under Upcoming sessions on Today.
- It is never passed to another interviewer.
Keep your calendar honest
Because candidates book you without asking first, your weekly hours must be times you can really keep.
- Keep your Availability up to date.
- Add time off before a holiday.
- Pause new offers if you need a break.
If you cannot make it
The candidate chose you, so an expert interview cannot be handed to a colleague. Give it back from the interview page instead. The candidate is told, so do this as early as you can. See Give an interview back.
Your rate
Set Your expert rate on Profile & verification. It must be at least the floor shown there. Changing it never affects an interview someone has already paid for.
