Set your weekly hours
Add the weekly blocks when you can interview. Offers only come inside these hours.
Your weekly hours decide when you can be offered interviews. Candidates only see a time when someone is free for it, so more hours means more offers.
Steps
- Open Availability from the menu.
- Under Weekly hours, choose a Day.
- Set From and To.
- Click Add.
- Repeat for each day you are free.
Interviewing around a full-time job? Click Weekday evenings, 7–10 pm or Weekends, 10 am–6 pm to add those hours in one go.
Good to know
- All times are IST, and the hours repeat every week.
- A block must be at least 30 minutes long.
- A To earlier than the From runs past midnight, so 21:00 to 00:30 works.
- Blocks on the same day that touch or overlap are joined into one.
- We keep a 15-minute gap either side of each booking, so you never get two interviews back to back.
- To remove a block, click Remove next to it. Interviews already booked are not affected.
