Time off, pausing and quiet hours

Block out a holiday, pause new offers, and choose when offer messages may reach you.

You can block out time off, pause all new offers, or keep offer messages away during work hours. All three are on the Availability page.

Add time off

  1. Open Availability.
  2. Under Time off, set From and To.
  3. Click Add time off.

Time off can last up to 90 days and must start within the next year. Offers inside it are passed on to others. Interviews you already have in that time stay yours. When you save, we list them so you can hand each one to a colleague or give it back. To end time off early, click Remove next to it.

Pause new offers

  1. In Taking new sessions, click Pause new offers.
  2. To come back, click Start accepting again.

While paused, nothing new is offered to you, but interviews already booked still stand. Any offers still open to you are passed on straight away.

Quiet hours and fewer messages

  1. In Offer messages, set the start and end of your quiet hours (IST).
  2. Tick One message every 15 minutes at most, instead of one per offer if you prefer a digest.
  3. Click Save.

During quiet hours no offer messages are sent. Offers still show on Today, and any still open are sent when quiet hours end.

Good to know

  • If our team has paused new offers for you, the card says why and you cannot switch it back on yourself. Write to Support to talk it through.
  • For a break longer than 90 days, pause new offers instead of adding time off.
