Placement drives
- Create a placement drive Set up a drive for any company, including ones not on Grohire, with its date, role, package and eligibility.
- Choose who is eligible for a drive Limit a drive by batch, programme, stream, CGPA and backlogs, and with the package by school marks, gap years and gender.
- Shortlist students for a drive Add every eligible student in one click, pick individuals, or add by roll number, including students outside the criteria.
- Track each student's stage on a drive (free) On the free placement cell, move each student through stages from shortlisted to joined, and note offer details.
- Name rounds and record results in bulk Set up a drive's rounds (aptitude, GD, interviews) and record who cleared each one by pasting, uploading or ticking roll numbers.
- Record offers and offer letters Record a company's offer with CTC, dates and the offer letter. The student accepts or declines on Grohire.
- Set your placement policy (one offer, dream and super-dream) Decide whether placed students can sit more drives, with dream and super-dream tiers by CTC.
- Run internship drives and record PPOs Set a drive as an internship or internship with a chance of a full-time offer, record stipends, and turn an internship into a PPO.
- Announce a drive, open applications and share the calendar Tell every eligible student about a drive, let them apply themselves by a deadline, and add the drive to calendars.
- Update or close a drive Move a drive between planned, open, under way, complete and called off, and know when drives close by themselves.
Companies and recruiters
- Invite a company to a drive Invite an employer on Grohire or any company by email. They see your strengths deck first and your shortlist only after accepting.
- What the strengths deck shows companies The deck summarises the students on a drive in totals only, so a company can judge your batch without seeing names.
- Send a resume book to companies Email invited companies a private, expiring link to the profiles of students on a drive who agreed to share them.
- Keep your recruiter list and follow-ups Track every company you work with or are approaching, log calls and visits, and never miss a follow-up.
- Send your campus profile to companies Send companies a PDF of your batch, in totals only, with a link for them to say they are interested in a campus drive.
- Handle warm leads and employer drive requests Turn interested companies into drives, and accept or decline employers who ask to come on campus.
- List your college in the campus directory Employers on Grohire can find your college and ask for a drive. Choose whether you are listed and which streams to hide.
Students and parents
- Send a broadcast to a group of students Write once to a batch, programme, stream, placement status or a drive's shortlist, by in-app notice and email.
- Plan trainings and take attendance Plan aptitude, technical and soft-skills sessions for a batch or stream, invite the students and record who came.
- Check your batch's readiness See which branches are strong in which skills, the GH Score spread and where a training would help.
- Share a student's progress with their parents Make a private, expiring link that shows a parent the student's drives, rounds, offers and trainings, without an account.
