Check your batch's readiness
See which branches are strong in which skills, the GH Score spread and where a training would help.
Readiness shows where your batch is strong and where it needs work, based on skill-test results and expert interview reports. It is part of the Campus Placement Package.
What you see
- Totals: students on the roster, how many have a GH Score, how many are Interview Verified and how many have taken a test.
- Branch × skill readiness: a heatmap scored 1 to 5 from each branch's average tested score.
- Where a training would help: streams scoring 2 of 5 or less in a skill, each with Plan a training.
- GH Score distribution in bands.
- Strongest skills in the batch, with how many students are tested in each.
Good to know
- A blank cell means fewer than 5 students in that branch have a tested score in that skill. Small groups are hidden so no one student can be picked out.
- The heatmap fills in as students sign up, list skills and take tests. Invite your roster to get it going.
- A GH Score is published once a student has a reasonably complete profile and at least one skill test.
