Set your placement policy (one offer, dream and super-dream)
Decide whether placed students can sit more drives, with dream and super-dream tiers by CTC.
The placement policy decides who may sit which drive once they have an offer. It is part of the Campus Placement Package, and only the placement officer can change it.
Steps
- Open Placement drives.
- Click Placement policy.
- Tick One offer per student if a student with a job offer should be left out of later drives.
- Enter Dream from (CTC, LPA) and Super dream from (CTC, LPA).
- Under Once placed, a student may still sit, choose one: nothing more; dream and super-dream drives if better than the offer they hold; or super-dream drives only.
- Click Save policy.
How it is applied
- It applies when you shortlist, when students apply themselves and when a drive is announced.
- A drive's tier comes from its CTC. An offer's tier is fixed when the offer is recorded.
- An internship never counts as a placement, and placed students can still sit internship drives.
- A declined offer does not count.
Good to know
- In force now on the same page sums up your current policy in words.
- Without the package, a student with an offer is left out of new drives.
- You can still add anyone by hand with Add even if they do not meet the criteria.
