Handle warm leads and employer drive requests

Turn interested companies into drives, and accept or decline employers who ask to come on campus.

A warm lead is a company that said it is interested in a campus drive, or asked for one. Both come to Recruiters. This is part of the Campus Placement Package.

Follow up a warm lead

  1. Open Recruiters. An alert shows how many warm leads you have; click Show them.
  2. Click the company. It shows the Warm lead badge.
  3. Click Create drive. The new drive form opens for that company.
  4. Fill in the drive and click Create drive. The drive page opens with the company filled into the invite form.
  5. If you have dealt with it another way, click Mark as handled instead.

Answer an employer's drive request

Employers on Grohire can find your college in the campus directory and ask for a drive. Their requests appear under Campus drive requests on Recruiters.

  1. Read the request: company, role, timing, eligibility and their note.
  2. Click Accept and create the drive and confirm. The drive and their invitation are created, and they are told.
  3. Or type a note and click Decline. They are told, with your note.

Good to know

  • Only the placement officer accepts or declines drive requests.
  • After accepting, shortlist eligible students on the new drive. Students are named to the company only through the drive.
  • See List your college in the campus directory.
