Get your students Interview Verified with an interview pack

In an interview pack, industry professionals interview each of your students by video on Grohire and write an individual report. You get a cohort report, and every student earns a GH Score that companies trust.

Ask for a quote

1. Open Interview packs from the menu.
2. Find the pack that suits you and click Request a quote.
3. Pricing and the agreement reach you by email within one working day.

Answer the quote

1. Open the pack on Interview packs. You see the amount and terms.
2. Click Accept the quote, or write what you need under Or ask for changes and click Send.
3. After you accept, your Grohire contact sends the contract to sign. The first invoice follows it.

Follow the pack

• Each round shows how many interviews are done, or what is holding it up.
• Your interview windows shows the dates students are booked in. Students are told their exact time.
• Your students shows each student's score out of 10 per round.
• How the cohort did shows the score spread, the average by branch and where the cohort is weakest.
• Click Download the report once students have been interviewed.

Good to know

• Only the placement officer can request, accept or ask for changes.
• Packs have a minimum number of students, except the pilot.
• For packs with more than one round, round 2 starts once the balance invoice is settled.
• Nothing is owed until the contract is signed. Invoices appear on Invoices.
