Run internship drives and record PPOs

With the Campus Placement Package, a drive can be a full-time job, an internship, or an internship with a chance of a full-time offer (PPO).

Set the drive type

1. Create or edit the drive.
2. Open Type, pay, venue, contact and more criteria.
3. Under Type, choose Internship or Internship with a chance of a full-time offer (PPO).
4. Fill in Stipend and Internship length.
5. Save the drive.

Record internship offers

1. On the drive page, go to Internship offers.
2. Choose the student, enter the stipend (and CTC if any) and the dates.
3. Click Record offer.

Turn an internship into a full-time offer

1. Find the student under Internship offers.
2. Click Turn into a full-time offer (PPO).
3. Enter the CTC (LPA), offer date, joining date and letter.
4. Click Record PPO.

Good to know

• An internship never counts as a placement.
• The student answers a PPO on Grohire like any other offer.
• A PPO can only follow an internship the student has not declined.
• Placed students can still sit internship drives.
