Choose who is eligible for a drive

Limit a drive by batch, programme, stream, CGPA and backlogs, and with the package by school marks, gap years and gender.

Eligibility decides which students are offered to you when you shortlist, and who hears about a drive when you announce it.

Free criteria

  • Batches, Programmes and Streams: tick the ones allowed. Leave a row unticked to allow everyone in it. The choices come from your roster.
  • Min CGPA: leave blank for none.
  • Max backlogs.
  • Eligibility notes: free text for anything else.

Extra criteria with the package

Open Type, pay, venue, contact and more criteria and fill in More criteria:

  • Min 10th %, Min 12th % and Min diploma %
  • Max gap years and Max history of backlogs
  • Open to: everyone, or one gender only

Good to know

  • With both a 12th and a diploma minimum, either one is enough, as for lateral-entry students.
  • A student with no mark on the roster does not pass a minimum. The shortlist panel tells you how many students need a CGPA added.
  • Your placement policy and placement status can also leave students out. The drive page says who was left out and why.
  • You can still add anyone by hand. See Shortlist students for a drive.
