Send your campus profile to companies
Send companies a PDF of your batch, in totals only, with a link for them to say they are interested in a campus drive.
Your campus profile is a PDF of your batch: streams, Interview Verified students, GH Score bands, skill readiness and past placements. Totals only, no student is named. It is part of the Campus Placement Package.
Send it to one company
- Open Recruiters and click the company.
- Under Send your campus profile, check who it goes to.
- Add Your note (optional).
- Click Send campus profile.
Send it to several companies
- On Recruiters, tick the companies.
- Choose Send campus profile from the bulk actions.
- Add a note for the companies if you like, and apply.
What the company sees
- A page with your profile, your note and a PDF to keep or forward.
- Buttons Yes, we are interested and Not now. An interested company becomes a warm lead.
- The link works for 30 days.
Good to know
- A company needs a contact email, or a link to its Grohire employer, to be sent the profile.
- There is a daily sending limit, and a bulk send skips companies sent the profile in the last 7 days.
- Campus profiles sent on the company page shows whether it was opened and how they answered.
- To download the PDF yourself, open Readiness and click Download campus profile.
- Streams you hide in the campus directory settings are left out of the profile.
