Edit a student's academics or remove them from the roster

You can correct any student's details on the roster without uploading a new file.

Edit a student

1. Open Roster and find the student. Search by name, roll number, mobile, email or stream.
2. Click Edit under their name.
3. Change the roll number, programme, stream, batch, CGPA, backlogs, 10th %, 12th %, diploma %, gap years, backlog history or gender.
4. Click Save.

Remove a student

1. Click Edit under their name.
2. Click Remove from roster.
3. Confirm. They are taken off your roster and off any drives.

Good to know

• For students who have signed up, the name, mobile and email are theirs to change in their own account. You can still change their academics.
• A student with an interview pack place or an offer on record stays on the roster. Write to Support if the entry is a mistake.
• Removing a student does not affect their own Grohire account.
• Marks you enter decide drive eligibility. A student with no CGPA on the roster does not pass a minimum CGPA. See Choose who is eligible.
• To download the list you are looking at, click Download this list (placement officer only).
