The department dashboard for heads of department
One department on one screen: sign-ups, Interview Verified students, placements, offers, training attendance and upcoming drives.
The department dashboard shows one department's placement progress. It is part of the Campus Placement Package.
Open it
- A head of department opens My department from the menu. It shows their own department only.
- The placement officer and staff can open the department dashboard, choose a programme and stream, and click Show.
What it shows
- Students, with how many have signed up.
- Interview Verified students.
- Placed, as a share of students seeking placement. Students in higher studies, entrepreneurship or opted out are not counted as seeking.
- Offers, with training attendance.
- By batch and stream: students, sign-ups, Interview Verified and placed for each group.
- Drives coming up that are open to the department, and Trainings coming up.
Good to know
- Click Open the student list to see the department's students on the roster.
- A head of department with no department set sees no students. Ask your placement officer to set it from Team.
