Track each student's stage on a drive (free)
On the free placement cell, move each student through stages from shortlisted to joined, and note offer details.
Without the package, each student on a drive has one stage that you change from the drive page. This stays free.
The stages
- Shortlisted, Applied, Test, Interview
- Offered, Joined
- Rejected, Withdrawn
Change a student's stage
- Open the drive.
- In Students on this drive, choose the new stage from the student's Stage list.
- The change saves straight away and the student is told by email or on Grohire.
Add offer details
- For a student at Offered or Joined, click Offer details.
- Enter the package, and the expected joining date or the date they joined.
- Click Save.
Good to know
- The Drive funnel shows how many students are at each stage.
- A student placed on another drive shows the badge Placed on another drive.
- For a big drive, the package lets you record each round's results for everyone at once. See Name rounds and record results in bulk.
