What the strengths deck shows companies
The deck summarises the students on a drive in totals only, so a company can judge your batch without seeing names.
The strengths deck is a summary of the students on a drive. You see it on the drive page under Strengths deck for this drive, and it goes with every company invitation.
What it contains
- How many students are on the drive.
- How many Have a GH Score, are Interview Verified and Took a skill test.
- The GH Score distribution in bands.
- Top skills in this group, with how many students have a tested score in each.
What it never contains
- No names, roll numbers or contact details.
- Counts below 5 are hidden, and a total over a hidden count is shown as "N+", so no student can be identified from the figures.
Good to know
- A company sees students' names only after it accepts your invitation.
- To share student profiles with a company that has accepted, send a resume book.
