Download NAAC, NBA and NIRF placement reports
Get placement figures by passing-out batch for NAAC 5.2, the NBA placement index and NIRF graduation outcomes.
NAAC, NBA & NIRF works out your placement figures from drives, accepted offers and placement status. It is part of the Campus Placement Package.
Steps
- Open NAAC, NBA & NIRF from the menu.
- Tick the batches you need.
- Click Show.
- Download what you need: Summary CSV, Student list CSV or Printable copy.
What the report includes
- NAAC criterion 5.2: 5.2.1 outgoing students placed, and 5.2.2 students who went on to higher studies.
- NBA placement index: placed, entrepreneurs and higher studies against final-year students, with opted out and debarred counts.
- NIRF graduation outcomes: students placed, median, average and highest salary, and higher studies.
- Recruiters: the companies that recruited from each batch.
How students are counted
- A student counts as placed once you mark them placed, or they accept or join on an offer.
- Higher studies and entrepreneurship come from the placement status on your roster.
Good to know
- Record CTCs on offers. Placed students with no CTC are left out of the salary figures, and the report says how many.
- Set "Higher studies", "Entrepreneur" and "Opted out" on the roster so the figures are complete.
- The student list CSV is the evidence a peer team asks for.
- A head of department sees their own department only.
