Reviews for hiring managers
How a hiring manager sees the jobs they are on, fills in scorecards after rounds, and approves or sends back offers.
A hiring manager seat is for the person who decides, not the person who runs the process. They see only the jobs they are put on.
Put a hiring manager on a job
- Invite them with the Hiring manager seat. See Invite a teammate.
- Open Jobs, then Screening & team on the job.
- Under Hiring team, tick On this job next to their name.
- Tick Approves offers too if every offer on this job should wait for them.
- Click Save team.
What the hiring manager sees
Their menu has two items: Reviews and Applicants.
- Offers to approve: offers waiting for them, with the letter. They click Approve and send, or write a note and click Send back.
- Scorecards you owe: rounds they interviewed in that have already happened. They open one and fill in the scorecard.
- Jobs you review: the jobs they are on, with the applicant count. Each opens that job's applicants.
Good to know
- Hiring managers can read applicant profiles and resumes for their jobs, but cannot move stages, message candidates or export.
- A note is needed to send an offer back.
- See Scorecards for your interview rounds and Offer approvals.
