Hand over the account to a teammate

If you are leaving, or someone else should own the account, you can make a teammate the owner. You stay on the team as an admin.

Before you start

• Only the current owner can do this.
• The new owner must be an active teammate who has signed in at least once.

Steps

1. Open Team from the menu.
2. Find the Hand over the account card.
3. Choose the teammate who should become owner.
4. Enter Your password.
5. Click Make them the owner and confirm.

Good to know

• Both of you are told in the app that the owner changed.
• From then on only the new owner can change roles and hand the account on.
• If the password is wrong, nothing changes.
• If the owner has already left and cannot do this, contact Support.
