Your unlocked candidates
See everyone your agency has unlocked, with contact details, GH Score and who unlocked them, and export the list.
Unlocked candidates lists everyone whose full profile your agency holds. You keep access to each of them, whatever happens to your plan.
Steps
- Open Unlocked candidates from the menu.
- Search by name, role or city, or sort by name, GH Score or unlock date.
- Each row shows contact details, a resume link, the GH Score, the unlock date and the teammate who unlocked them.
- Click Book an interview on a row to book an expert interview for that person.
- Click Export CSV to download the list.
Good to know
- "Stopped sharing: details as at the unlock" means the candidate switched agencies off. You see what was saved when you unlocked them, and you cannot book new interviews for them.
- "Account closed" means the candidate closed their Grohire account; no contact details are shown.
