Saved searches and new-match alerts

Save a search to keep watching a mandate. When a new candidate matches, because their GH Score was published or they became open to agencies, we tell you, at most once a day per search.

Save a search

1. Open Find candidates and set your filters.
2. Click Search.
3. Under the filters, in Save this search, type a Name (for example "Acme, Java developers").
4. Click Save search.

See new matches

1. Open Saved searches from the menu.
2. Each search shows its New matches, whether Alerts are on, and the Last alert date.
3. Click a search name to see the candidates it has matched since you saved it.
4. Click Run the search to open the full search with the same filters.

Turn alerts off or delete a search

1. Open the saved search.
2. Click Turn alerts off (or Turn alerts on).
3. To remove it, click Delete and confirm.

Good to know

• Saved searches are shared with your team; each shows who saved it.
• Matches are shown masked, with a GH Score band, like the pool.
