Keep a shortlist of candidates
Save candidates to your shortlist for free and come back to unlock them later.
Your shortlist keeps candidates you want to come back to. Saving is free and reveals nothing new.
Steps
- In Find candidates, click the save button on a candidate card, or open their profile and click Save to shortlist.
- The button changes to Saved to your shortlist.
- Open Shortlist from the menu to see everyone you have saved.
- Open a candidate to unlock their full profile.
- To remove someone, click the save button again.
Good to know
- The shortlist shows candidates masked, with a GH Score band, until you unlock them.
- Only candidates still open to agencies appear on it.
- Each person on your team has their own shortlist.
