View a candidate and unlock their contact details

A candidate's profile shows enough to judge the fit before you unlock it. Unlocking uses one of your plan's unlocks and opens their contact details.

Before you unlock

• At a glance: target role, location, education, experience, notice period, expected CTC and candidate type.
• Skills they have listed.
• Their GH Score band, with the note "Exact score with an unlock".
• An Interview Verified badge if they have completed an expert interview.

Steps to unlock

1. Open the candidate from Find candidates, your Shortlist, Interest checks or a saved search.
2. Click Unlock with 1 of your ... unlocks.
3. Confirm. The page tells you how many unlocks you have left.
4. If Grohire has published an agency agreement you have not accepted yet, you are asked to accept it before your first unlock.

After you unlock

• Contact: phone, email and a Resume link.
• Current company and college, where given.
• The exact GH Score, per-skill scores and Skill tests results.
• Your expert-interview reports: reports from interviews your agency booked for them.
• Next steps: Book an expert interview for them, and Add to a requirement.

Good to know

• If you have no unlocks left, you see Choose a plan to unlock or Get more unlocks (starts today) instead.
• Unlocking the same person again uses nothing.
• The candidate is told your agency viewed their profile.
• An unlock does not include reports other people paid for.
• If a candidate later stops sharing with agencies, you keep what you saw at the unlock, but new contact details, resumes and reports are not shared and new interviews cannot be booked.
