Search the talent pool

The talent pool lists candidates with a published GH Score who are open to recruiting agencies. You can search it on any plan, including as a free partner.

Steps

1. Open Find candidates from the menu.
2. If you have set roles and skills in your settings, the list starts from them. Click Show everyone to see the whole pool.
3. In the Search box on the left, choose any of the filters below.
4. Click Search. Click Clear to start again.
5. Click a candidate card to open their profile.

Filters

• Job roles and Skills (choose several).
• Keyword: a role, skill or branch.
• Location.
• GH Score band: Any score, 60+, 70+, 80+ or 90+.
• Notice period, Expected CTC and Last active.
• Candidate type: Student, Fresher or Experienced.
• Open to relocate.
• Interview Verified only: candidates who have completed a live expert interview.

What a card shows

Each card shows the target role, location, experience, education, notice period and a GH Score band such as "70+". The name, contact details and exact score come with an unlock.

Good to know

• Save the search to be told about new matches. See Saved searches and alerts.
• Ask the candidates on a page if they are open to your role before you spend an unlock. See Interest checks.
• Candidates can switch agencies off in their profile at any time. They then drop out of your searches.
