Manage your consents and contact sharing

Turn on or off the talent pool, contact sharing, sharing your interview reports with employers, and job alert emails.

Your consents decide what employers can see about you. You can change them at any time; changes do not affect applications you have already sent.

Steps

  1. Open Privacy & data.
  2. In Your consents, read what each one does.
  3. Click Turn on or Turn off next to it.

The consents

  • Appear in the talent pool: verified employers can find your masked profile and spend a credit to see your name and number.
  • Share my contact details when I apply: the employer you applied to sees your phone and email.
  • Share my interview scorecards with employers: an employer considering you can read the GH Score report from your expert interviews. The interviewer's private notes are never included.
  • Job alerts and product news: occasional emails about roles that match you.

When you apply

Every application asks you to tick a box agreeing to share your profile, resume, phone and email with that one employer. The application is not sent without it. See Find and apply for jobs.

Good to know

  • If you are on a college roster, a What your college sees card explains what your placement cell can see.
  • Each consent shows the date you agreed.
  • To choose which emails and WhatsApp messages you get, see Notification settings.
