Choose who can find you: talent pool and recruiting agencies
Join or leave the talent pool, and switch recruiting agencies on or off. Your name and contact stay hidden until someone unlocks your profile.
The talent pool lets verified employers and partner recruiting agencies find you by role and skill. Your name and contact details stay hidden until they unlock your profile.
Join or leave the talent pool
- Open My profile.
- In the Visibility card, click Join the talent pool or Leave the talent pool.
You can also use Appear in the talent pool on Privacy & data. Leaving hides you from search straight away. Employers who already unlocked you keep what they unlocked.
Keep recruiting agencies out
- Open My profile while you are in the talent pool.
- In the Recruiting agencies box, click Stop agencies finding me.
- To allow them again, click Let agencies find me.
Good to know
- Agencies recruit for many companies beyond Grohire, so leaving them on can bring more roles.
- You are told each time an employer or agency unlocks your profile.
- Privacy & data lists Who looked at your profile: employers and agencies that viewed or unlocked you in the last 90 days.
- To hide from one company only (for example your current employer), see Hide your profile from a company.
- Under 18? You cannot join the pool until a parent agrees. See Parental consent.
