Shortlist and unlock talent-pool candidates
Save pool candidates to a free shortlist, then use one credit to unlock a candidate's name, contact details and full report.
Saving a candidate is free. Unlocking uses one credit and shows who they are.
Save to your shortlist
- Open a candidate from the Talent pool.
- Click Save to shortlist.
- Find everyone you saved under Shortlist in the menu.
Unlock a candidate
- Open the candidate's page.
- Click Unlock for 1 credit and confirm.
- You now see their name, phone, email, resume, every skill-test result and every expert-interview report.
Good to know
- You keep access for good, and your whole team sees them. Viewing them again is free.
- Everyone your company has unlocked is listed under Unlocked.
- The candidate is told your company viewed their profile.
- Credits come with a credit pack or plan. If you have none, the page shows Buy a pack. See Credit packs and plans.
- People who applied to your jobs never need a credit: their contact is shared when they apply.
