Employee referral links
Make a tracked link for a live job for yourself or a colleague, share it, and record the referral bonus.
Referral links let you see who applied through which colleague. It is free.
Make a link
- Open Referrals from the menu.
- Choose the live Job.
- Enter the Referrer, for example a colleague's name, or leave it empty for yourself.
- Click Make the link.
- Copy the link and share it on WhatsApp or by email.
Track it
The Links table shows how many times each link was opened, how many applied and how many were hired. Below it, every referred application shows the applicant, who referred them and their stage.
Record the bonus
- Find the referred application.
- Choose Bonus due, Bonus paid or Not eligible.
- Add a note, for example when it was paid.
- Click Save.
Good to know
Grohire does not pay the bonus. Your company does; this page keeps the record.
