Credit packs and plans
Buy a credit pack to switch on GH Scores and get talent-pool credits, or ask us for a Talent Plan sold by private payment link.
A credit pack switches on GH Scores for all your applicants for a set number of days and gives you credits to unlock talent-pool candidates.
Buy a pack
- Open Credit packs from the menu.
- Compare the packs under Choose a pack. Each shows its price with GST, the number of credits and how long it lasts.
- Click Buy on the pack you want.
- Pay on the secure payment page.
Only the account owner and team admins can buy. Recruiters see a note to ask them.
After you buy
- The top of Credit packs shows your credits left and whether GH Scores are switched on.
- Your packs lists each pack with credits used, left and its expiry.
- GH Scores stay on until the pack expires, even after the credits are used.
- Credits closest to expiry are used first.
Talent Plan
For a longer term, our team can set up a Talent Plan for 3, 6 or 12 months, with GH Scores included and credits. We send you a private payment link.
- Contact Support or your Grohire contact.
- Open the link and sign in with any login on your company account.
- Pay. The plan shows under Your packs as Talent Plan (GH Scores included).
