Browse candidates with a published GH Score who chose to be found. Searching is free; names stay hidden until you unlock.
The Talent pool lists candidates with a published GH Score who have chosen to be found by employers. Searching is free. Names and contact details stay hidden until you unlock someone.
Steps
- Open Talent pool from the menu.
- Use the filters: Keyword, Target role, Has skill, Location, Candidate type and Notice period.
- Tick Interview Verified only to see people who have completed a live expert interview.
- With a credit pack or plan, you can also set a Minimum GH Score.
- Click Search.
- Click a card to see their role, location, experience, education and verification.
From a candidate's page
- Save to shortlist to weigh them up later. See Shortlist and unlocks.
- Unlock for 1 credit to see who they are.
- Invite to apply sends them one of your live jobs, free. Nothing about them is revealed; they choose whether to apply.
Matches for a job
From a job's applicants, click Find more in the talent pool to see pool candidates who fit that job's role and experience.
Good to know
- Your company must be verified to use the pool.
- There is a daily limit on how many candidates you can view. The page shows how many are left today.
- To be told about new matches, see Saved searches.
