Answer hire check-ins

30 and 90 days after you mark someone hired, we ask how they are doing. It takes under a minute.

Steps

1. Open Hire check-ins from the menu, or follow the notification.
2. Click Answer next to the person.
3. Say whether they are still working with you.
4. Choose how they are performing, from Poor to Outstanding. Skip this if they have left.
5. Say whether you would hire them again.
6. Add anything else, if you like.
7. Click Send.

Good to know

• Your answers are never shown to the candidate and never change their score.
• Only Grohire's team sees individual answers. They show whether GH Scores predict real job performance.
• Your own totals appear in the hiring report under Did hires work out? See Analytics and the hiring report.
