Book an expert interview for an applicant
Have an independent Grohire expert interview one of your applicants by video and send you a written report with a score.
Not sure about an applicant? A verified industry professional can interview them by video on Grohire and send you a report with a score and a clear recommendation. You do not need to attend. The interviewer never works at your company.
Steps
- Open the applicant's page and find Screening by a Grohire expert.
- Choose Fresher level or Experienced level. Each shows its price.
- Pick a time for the candidate from the open slots.
- Click Book and pay and complete payment. The candidate pays nothing.
We find an interviewer and tell the candidate once payment is complete. They join from their own account.
Change or cancel
- Before paying, use Choose a different time. Nothing is charged until you pay.
- After booking, open Move or cancel this interview. Cancelling well before the start refunds you in full; close to the start it can no longer be moved or refunded. The card tells you which applies.
- If our interviewer does not join, you can Choose a new time free.
The report
When it is ready, the card shows Interviewed by a Grohire expert with the score out of 10, a recommendation, What went well and What to probe further. If the interview was recorded, Watch the interview appears.
Good to know
