Analytics and the hiring report
See where applicants come from, how far they get, time to hire, offers and what each teammate did, then export or print it.
Analytics opens your hiring report. Every figure is live. It is free.
Steps
- Open Analytics from the menu.
- Choose From and To dates, and a Job or Every job.
- Click Show.
What the report shows
- Applications, hires in the period, median days to hire, and the share of offers accepted.
- How far applicants got: each application counted at the furthest step it reached, with the drop-off.
- Where applicants came from, with hires by source.
- Time in each stage: average days before an applicant was moved on.
- Offers made in the period and what became of them.
- Your team: moves, hires, rejections, notes, interviews, messages, imports and unlocks per teammate.
- Did hires work out?: your 30- and 90-day check-in answers by GH Score at hire.
Export and print
- Click Export CSV for the figures in a spreadsheet.
- Under Monthly report to print or save as PDF, choose a month and click Open the monthly report.
Good to know
Your Dashboard also gives a quick view: new applicants, live jobs, people in progress, upcoming interviews and hires.
