Move or reject many applicants at once
Tick applicants on the list and move them to a stage together, or message them, offer interview times or send a skill test.
On the Applicants list you can act on many people in one go.
Move several people
- Open Applicants and filter to the people you want.
- Tick each one, or tick Select all on this page.
- Choose a stage in Move selected to.
- To reject, write a Reason. It is required, and each candidate reads it.
- Click Apply to selected and confirm.
Each person is told about the move.

Good to know
- Withdrawn applicants are skipped and the message says how many.
- With many people, the notices go out over a few minutes. A banner shows how many are still to be told, with Tell them now to send the next batch.
