Read an applicant's profile
What you find on an applicant's page: contact, resume, profile, fit, screening answers, rounds, offer and the activity timeline.
Click any name on Applicants or the Hiring board to open the applicant's page. Everything your team needs about one person is here.
On the left
- Contact: phone, email and Resume download. Candidates share these when they apply, so they are free.
- Fit and insights: how well they fit the job. The insights panel opens with a credit pack or plan.
- Profile: target role, education, CGPA, experience, notice period, location and expected CTC.
- Screening and skill tests: their answers and any tests you sent.
- Expert interview: book a Grohire expert to interview them. See Expert interview for an applicant.
- Interview rounds and Panel and scorecards.
On the right
- Stage: move them, or Reject with a reason.
- Your stars, Tags, Messages and Notes.
- Offer: write and track an offer.
- Activity: a timeline of everything that happened, and who did it.
Good to know
- The GH Score shows at the top with a credit pack or plan. Without one you see a note that the candidate has a GH Score.
- Also applied to warns you when the same person is on another of your jobs.
- A candidate who withdrew has a fixed stage.
