Reschedule or cancel an expert interview, and refunds
Move or cancel for free until a few hours before. Inside that window a cancellation is not refunded once an interviewer has confirmed.
Plans change. You can move or cancel a booking from its session page.
The rule
- Free to reschedule or cancel up to a set number of hours before the start (usually 6 hours). The exact window is on the booking and session pages.
- Inside that window, cancelling is still free while no interviewer has confirmed the time.
- Inside the window after an interviewer has confirmed, you can cancel but it is not refunded. They held the slot for you.
Move to another time
- Open Expert interviews and click Open on the session.
- Under Need a different time?, pick a new slot.
- Click Move to this time.
You keep what you paid. If the same interviewer can make it, it stays confirmed with them; otherwise we find an interviewer for the new time.
Cancel
- Open the session.
- Under Need to cancel?, read whether it is free right now.
- Click Cancel this session and confirm.
Refunds
- A refundable cancellation is refunded in full to the way you paid. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days.
- A session booked from a pack goes back into your pack.

Arranged by someone else?
If an employer, college or agency arranged and paid for the interview, only they can move or cancel it. Contact us through Support and we will help.
