Interview recordings: consent and watching
Interviews are recorded only if you agree in the waiting room. Watch your recording from the session page, or withdraw consent at any time.
Your interview is recorded only if you agree, each time, in the waiting room.
Give consent
In the waiting room, tick I agree to this interview being recorded before you join. While recording, both of you see a Recording label.
Who can watch it
- You and your interviewer.
- The company or agency that arranged the interview, if one did.
- Grohire's team, for quality checks and interviewer training. This includes approved Grohire interviewers scoring it for calibration.
Recordings are kept for a set time (usually up to 180 days).
Watch your recording
- Open Expert interviews and click Open on a completed session.
- Once your GH Score report is in, click Watch your interview. The button shows only when a recording exists.
Withdraw consent
- Open Expert interviews.
- In Recording of your interviews, click Withdraw consent and confirm.
From then on your interviews are not recorded, and earlier recordings are hidden from the companies and agencies that arranged them. You, your interviewer and our team can still watch them. To change your mind, click Allow recording again.
