Read your GH Score report
After an expert interview your interviewer files a GH Score report with scores per criterion and written feedback. Download it as a PDF.
After your interview the interviewer writes your GH Score report. We notify you as soon as it is filed.
Steps
- Open Expert interviews. A finished session shows GH Score report ready.
- Click Open.
- Read Your GH Score report: your overall score, a score out of 5 for each criterion, What went well, What to work on and Notes per criterion.
- Click Download PDF for a one-page copy.
What it counts for
- One completed session gives you the Interview Verified badge.
- The overall score is the largest single part of your GH Score.
- Employers see the report only if you switch on Share my interview scorecards with employers on Privacy & data.
Good to know
- While the report is being written, the session page says so and asks how the session went.
- The interviewer's private notes for our team are never shown to employers.
- If the report does not match what happened, report it. See Rate your interviewer or report a problem.
