Your invoices and credit notes
Download a GST tax invoice for every expert interview and pack you paid for, plus credit notes for refunds.
Every expert interview and pack you pay for gets a GST tax invoice.
Steps
- Open Expert interviews and click Invoices, or go to Invoices.
- Find the invoice. Search by invoice number or what it was for, or sort by date or amount.
- Click Download to get the PDF.
Status
- Paid: settled.
- Refunded: the amount was refunded.
- Cancelled: the order was cancelled.
Credit notes
When we refund you, we issue a credit note. It is listed under Credit notes with the invoice it reduces. Keep them together for your records.
Good to know
- Interviews arranged and paid for by an employer, college or agency do not appear here, because you did not pay for them.
