Interview others and earn (experienced candidates)
With at least a year of work experience on your profile, apply to join the interviewer panel on the same login.
Experienced professionals can conduct 1-on-1 expert and screening interviews in their free hours and earn per session, on the same login as their job search.
Who can apply
You need at least one year of work experience recorded in Work history on your profile. Interview others then appears in your menu. Not there yet? Add your roles on My profile. See Complete your profile.
Steps
- Open Interview others from the menu.
- Choose your Current company.
- Choose The role you can assess: the one you could question someone on in depth.
- Tick the box to accept the interviewer terms.
- Click Send my application.
After you apply
- The page shows Application received while we check it, and you are notified when it is decided.
- Your tier (regular or senior) is set from your experience, never self-declared.
- Once approved, click Open the interviewer workspace and set your available hours. Switch between job seeking and interviewing from the workspace box in the sidebar.
Good to know
- Your job applications are never shown to candidates you assess.
- You are never assigned a session you booked yourself.
- Payment is per completed session, released once you submit the report.
